ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Most orders come with a tracking number, but in rare cases, tracking may not be available. If your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us at support@snatchland.com, and we’ll assist you in locating your shipment. Make sure to copy and paste your tracking number to avoid errors.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details to your registered email and phone number. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking Page.
The tracking site says ‘Delivered,’ but I haven’t received my package.
Sometimes, postal services mark an order as “Delivered” when it has arrived at your local post office. Please allow a few extra days for final delivery or check with your local post office. If your package is still missing, contact us for assistance.

Yes! Snatchland ships worldwide.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders go through a handling period before dispatch. 99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
• Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days
• Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (during peak times, please allow up to 6 business days).
My order hasn’t arrived on time—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the purchase date, please contact us at support@snatchland.com.
How will my package be delivered?
Delivery methods vary depending on your location. Your order may arrive at your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office (if you’re unavailable at the time of delivery). If needed, check your mailbox for a pickup notice from your postal service.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide!
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in China and the United States. Most orders are shipped from China. If you need more details, reach out to us at support@snatchland.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, email us at support@snatchland.com with photo or video proof, and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address or chose the wrong variant. Can I change it?
If you notice an error, email us at support@snatchland.com as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your order, we can’t guarantee changes once the shipping process has begun. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to modify or refund it.
My package is stuck in customs. What should I do?
Customs clearance is beyond our control. If your package is held up, we recommend contacting your local customs office for assistance. Any import taxes or duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@snatchland.com. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
